I’m dealing with some health issues and have been trying to figure them out for weeks. And to tell you the truth, it’s exhausting to constantly analyze what might be the cause. I finally decided to just chill out and seriously rest for a few days. Like, I’m writing this from bed right now after 24 hours of doing absolutely nothing. Stress feels like an invisible force that doesn’t REALLY affect me but I think it really can.
